However we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something.
You may return unworn, unused, unlaundered items within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

We will be responsible for all shipping charges to correct the error. You may also choose to receive a full refund or store credit for the returned item.
In the unlikely even that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping and send you a replacement immediately.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) being returned. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply.
To return an item you will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the item you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you via e-mail once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debt card used for the purchase. |
