How do I track my order? You may track your order by logging into the My Account section within 48 hours after placing your order, by entering the order number and billing zip code. Once logged in, you will be able to click on the tracking information. Alternative, you may visit the courier service provider's website and track down your package by the tracking number that we send you during check out process.
What does it mean when my order is 'Being Processed'n Orders that have not shipped are marked as Being Processed.
What does it mean when my order is 'Being Packed?' Orders marked as "Being Packed" are currently being prepped for shipping and will leave the warehouse within 24-48 hours. An order cannot be canceled once it is marked "Being Packed."
How do I change my password? To change your password, simply log into My Account and choose the Change Password option.
Where is my order? You may log into My Account to check the shipping status within 48 hours after replacing your order. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which contains shipping information tracking number and expected shipping date. Can I place an order without registering? No. We require all our customers to register with us before shopping. All personal information you provide us during registration will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy and Security Policy.
How do I know if an item is in-stock? We try our best to ensure that all items are constantly in stock. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) if the items are backordered.
How can I pay for my orders? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal/WorldPay. We will place your order as soon as we receive your order form.
Do you accept personal checks? A personal check is not accepted. If you do not have a credit card, you may pay via Paypal/WorldPay (depanding on our payment gateway).
How can I cancel my order? Once an order shows that it is "Being Packed", we cannot cancel it.
Can you deliver my order to a third party? Yes. We do help to deliver to your desire recipient, loves ones or to different address with just a few simple steps by just clicking an appropriate box and fill up the address at the checkout.
I make an order for a few items. Can I choose to only gift-wrap some of them? You will have to place 2 separate orders; one with gift wrapping and one without. The shipping charges will only be counted once.
Is gift wrapping available? Yes. Each order is gently wrap with a delicate white tissue and placed in unmarked shipping box. A fee of $3.00 per item will be added to your final receipt by just clicking the appropriate box on your online order form and we will take care of the rest.
Are gift invoices available? Mareve.com gift invoices are quite similar to our normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.top DELIVERYHow will my order be shipped? We will ship your order via UPS and other courier services which is more efficient while sending the packages to you. Standard delivery times are 7-14 business days and may exceed due to distance.
How do packages appear when shipped? All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the carrier.
Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes? We do not ship to APO and PO Box addresses.
Are international orders sent with free shipping? Due to the cost of shipping international orders, we are unable to offer free shipping. The weight or distance of the packages may cause shipping costs to exceed these rates. Our shipping program will calculate the exact shipping cost which will be reflected during checkout.
If my order is shipped in multiple shipments, will I be charged twice for shipping? We ship only the complete order to save you the cost of paying shipping/customs twice.

Will the color of the garments appear differently from its original? We make every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible.
